Delivery & Fulfilment
Zone Logistics
Our Menú dietético a domicilio is currently restricted to mainland Spain, with primary hubs in Barcelona and Madrid. Delivery windows are allocated between 06:00 and 10:00 to ensure your meals arrive prior to the start of your day.
Recipient Responsibility
As our products are fresh and perishable, the client is responsible for ensuring someone is present at the address during the selected window. Re-delivery attempts may incur additional costs to maintain the cold chain integrity.
Cancellations
